Precast Concrete/Flawfila

Flawfila is a pre-blended, cement-based plaster that is easily applied using a steel trowel as a thin coat skimming compound to hide pinholes and other manufacturing irregularities in the surface of precast concrete panels or poured insitu concrete surfaces. If necessary, Flawfila can be sanded flat using fine grit sandpaper after it has dried to produce a high quality even and true surface ready for painting. If larger holes exist in the surface of the substrate (i.e. anchor points) these must be filled with Flawfila ‘rapid hole filler’ and left to dry prior to the application of Flawfila skim coat. |

Aerated Concrete Blocks

Aerated Blocks MLC is a pre-blended, cement-based plaster that is used in conjunction with an open weave fibreglass mesh as a single levelling/reinforcing coat over aerated blocks. The specially developed plaster mix contains a blended mix of aggregates, cement, proprietary ingredients and a unique fibre reinforcement which, together with the addition of the 150gram layer of fibreglass mesh ties the surface of the blocks and provides an excellent surface key for any of a variety of different plaster finishes. Pourite Self Levelling Flooring Compound
Pourite is a one-component polymer rich cementious material, mixed with clean, high quality water on site. It is used to create new low shrinkage, strong flowing, self-smoothing plaster. Pourite can be easily applied over a variety of properly prepared concrete or masonry surfaces or underfloor heating wires to produce a smooth level surface before applying tiles, vinyl, carpet or other floor coverings. Waterproofing Membrane

Tankit is a one component polymer rich cementitious material which is mixed with clean potable water on site and used in conjunction with a chopped strand fibreglass, reinforcing material to create a unique high build, low shrinkage membrane. When Tankit is mixed with water, it creates a chemical cure, which permits the product to be applied in poor curing conditions. Tankit can be easily applied over a variety of properly prepared concrete and masonry backgrounds to produce a waterproof backing prior to the application of Specialized's wall claddings.
